In this workshop, we will explore ground rules and good practices to make sure a network delivers on expectations – of its members as well as the leadership team and key stakeholders.  
Starting point are key insights from the global research project “A Fresh Look at Women Networks” and your personal experiences. The survey, with over 1.700 participants from around the world, explored participants’ expectations towards and experience with internal company networks and the key factors contributing to a network’s success. At the same time, the survey showed that quite a few networks did not live up to expectations and that they can actually become a burden and even barrier to people’s careers – especially their leaders.
To provide practical advice for major challenges, we will look at key success factors and good practices you have to share. Additionally, we will discuss how to strengthen network strategy and gain support if needed for more positive and tangible outcomes.
