Leadership in non-profit organisations like BPW is different and more challenging than being a leader in business.

There is no hire and fire, you have to deal with the persons who are committed to contribute to the organisation. You have to motivate your team members with other incentives.

On the other hand a leadership position offers you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through practicing. You will learn many skills through 'Learning by doing lessons'.
In this workshop you will learn:
  • how to work with volonteers
  • how to motivate people without money
  • how you can develop your leadership skills in a non-profit organisation
  • how you can make an impact to your organisation
  • what you can learn for your professional life
I am looking forward to share my experiences as former President of BPW Switzerland and Past Regional Coordinator of BPW Europe with you.
This will be an interactive workshop with sharing and learning from each other.
