After almost 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I now consult for startups looking for advice at the crossroads between technical and commercial functions. My passion project is Fundamental Capabilities, through which I give women the skills and confidence to set their own unique goals and steer their lives with intention and integrity. I speak at women's groups and company events, and provide career coaching to select women. My book, Living Singlish: Your Life, Your Way, is an 'older sister in your pocket' for Millenial women who want an exciting and independent life, and would like to avoid the common pitfalls.
