She graduated in Foreign Languages (English and Japanese) at the University of Naples (I.U.O.) with a study on the Japanese management and decisional system and soon entered a Japanese firm in Rome (Mitsukoshi Italia S.p.A.) where she worked for nine years (1995-2004). During this period she was elected in the Italian Union CGIL as union representative at different levels of responsability and had the opportunity to join the women’s rights and gender equality center “Sportello Donna”. In 1999 she participated to the creation and foundation of one of the first Anti-Mobbing center in Italy “Stop-mobbing” in Rome. In 1998 she took a Master in Life-Long-Learning at the University of “Roma Tre”.
In 2004 she left the Japanese company and entered an Italian firm (Retail Group S.p.A.) as H.R. Director of Italy.
In 2008 she started her own business in Formia (LT) founding a school of foreign languages & job-hr-franchising consulting named “Form(i)a Mentis School”. For the first years she provided mainly consultancy to companies and industries of Rome and Latina then she decided to concentrate her energies and passions on the teaching market with the special aim of helping new generations to achieve the goal of life-labour dignity through competences.
She lived in the Philippines with her family for three years when she was a teen (1978-1981) and from that time on every year she travels abroad to discover new cultures, people and countries.
