Dr Agnieszka Kozłowska-Rajewicz - Member of the European Parliament, former government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in Poland. Dr Agnieszka Kozłowska-Rajewicz is a doctor of biology and a lecturer at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
In 2007 he was elected to Sejm, the Polish Parliament, where she worked at the committees for Education, Science and Youth as well as Family and Social Policy. She is the author of the Quota Law, providing a minimum of 35% of men and women on the Polish electoral lists.
Between December 2011 and June 20014 she was the Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. One of the main priorities of her work as the Plenipotentiary was the promotion of equality between men and women in the labour market and family life. Currently, as a Member of the European Parliament, she works in the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs and Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality.
