Ann is a leadership development consultant with a focus on personal and group development. She designs and works on leadership programs and also with individual coaching clients in leadership skills, career and life transitions, and communication and presentation skills.

After ten years of working in marketing communications in multi-national companies and agencies, Ann left corporate life to study human behavior and how groups work. Her work is informed by a psychodynamic and systems approach, using reflective and experiential interventions since evidence shows that adults learn and develop best through experience.

Founder and director of the company Effective Business Communication, Ann has worked in Europe, the U.S.A., Asia and the Middle East with clients in consumer, business-to-business, high technology, manufacturing, government, non-profit and educational institutions.

Ann is on the BPW International Task Force for Leadership & Lifelong Learning and helped to design the new BPW Leadership Training for Women. She is Past President (2011-15) and a founding member of BPW-Lake Geneva and is currently Vice President.
