Anna is the Managing Partner, Talent at Deloitte in Switzerland and a member of the Executive Board. She is responsible for the firm's Talent strategy, a key business priority for the firm, that spans from how to attract, retain and develop Talent across the four Service Lines Consulting, Audit and Risk Advisory, Tax & Legal and Financial Advisory. She is passionate about topics such as Diversity, Culture, Women in Leadership, Agile Working, and Leadership development. In addition to her Talent role, Anna also leads Deloitte's Swiss market leading M&A Integration and Separation Advisory Team and is regarded as one of the most experienced Merger Integration advisors in Europe.
