During my professional career I have always been in charge of counseling. I like developing my environment, whether or not the people I am working with or the structures ( or cultures) we are all embedded in.
I studied International Cultural and Business Studies at the University of Passau (Germany), worked for 9 years in private enterprises and started working for Universities 2008. In our Office for Gender Equality I am currently in charge of the sector "life-balance" in connection with discrimination.
